Our Backyard

 

Our backyard is available for small birthday parties and other small gatherings. Birthdays may be booked for Saturdays *.  A Bookadee Birthday is $55 for 1 ½ hours and includes the following: 

 • Cupcake Centerpiece - 12 Cupcakes by Liz
• Craft – choose from crafts*** on hand (stencils, fabric markers, acrylic paint)

• Tableware (you choose the color **) - table cover,plates, napkins, silverware
• Balloon table decoration – each birthday guest will take a balloon home
• Backyard games – ring toss, bean bag toss, bowling, alphabet bingo, etc. available for your use (you may bring your own from home as well)
• EXTRA special gifts for the birthday boy/girl –balloon, birthday pencil, $5 Bookadee gift certificate 
• Mini-Story Time

Limited to a party of 6 children or less. Call for available times.

*Choose from 2 - 1 ½ hr time slots on Saturdays: 10:30-12:00 and 1:30-3:00.

We require that you book your party 2-3 weeks in advance. This gives us time to order the necessary party supplies. Payment is due at time of booking.  The fee is a supplies/usage fee.  Bookadee staff decorates the table, is available to answer questions, and will clean/put the backyard back together.  Bookadee does not have staff available to organize and run the games.

Want to meet in Bookadee’s Backyard with your book club, mom’s group, etc? No rental fee! Contact us for time availability.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 2 weeks prior to event to receive 75% refund. Cancel 7-13 days prior to event to receive 50% refund. Cancel less than 7 days prior to event, no refund will be issued.
